Shipping/Order Information
We have found DHL to be the safest way to ship these products. Every product is extremely carefully packaged and shipped out within 3 business days of the date your payment clears and will take between 1 to 5 business days to arrive from the date of shipment depending on the destination; items specially ordered and larger orders will be shipped upon completion of the order. If you make a large order we will provide you with a list of several more options depending on the size of the order and how quickly you need it. We will notify you should there be any delays. All International shipments are made using the USPS.
You may place an order by e-mail if you want to send a check or money order in addition to using the checkout feature on the website. Personal checks will delay shipment between 7-10 days, all other methods will result in shipment within the time frame specified above. We will notify and give you a tracking number once your payment clears and we ship out your order.
